Your benefit options
Your benefits are categorised into three areas: Health & Well-being, Financial Well-being and Family & Loved Ones.
Some of your benefits are known as ‘core benefits’, which are paid for by American Express.
The rest of the benefits are known as ‘voluntary benefits’. These are discounted benefits that help you make the most of your compensation package. Some of your core benefits also have additional levels of cover that can be purchased. These additions can be provided to you in exchange for a reduced salary. Deciding which benefits are right for you and understanding all the details can seem a little daunting. Whether you need to make changes to your selections or want to find out more about what’s on offer, FYB Flex is quick and easy to use.
Making your benefit selections is simple:
If you’re at work, search FYB Flex UK on The Square or from any device visit fybflexuk.com (your username is your work email).
- Select ‘Benefits’ at the top of the home page to go to the Benefits Overview page. You can see the benefit cards, make your choices and instantly see the effect on your pay.
- Select ‘Add to Cart’ to choose your benefit(s).
- Click ‘Checkout’ on the banner at the bottom of the page or click the shopping cart icon in the overhead menu to view or confirm your choices.
In FYB Flex you will find more details about each of the benefits available to you by clicking ‘More Info’ on each of the benefit cards.
