Healthcare Scheme
All colleagues are enrolled with single cover. You can add dependents during the annual enrolment window or opt out if you wish to. Check FYB Flex for 2026 rates. Your current healthcare selection automatically rolls over, so check if your cover suits you.

Dental Scheme
In 2026, all colleagues will receive level 2 single cover from Bupa as a company funded benefit. This can be increased up to level 5 for you and your dependents. Check FYB Flex for 2026 rates.

Critical Illness Cover
This is a voluntary benefit (no core cover). During annual enrolment you can adjust cover for yourself and your partner. Children aged between 6 months and 18 years are automatically covered at the same level as you. Insurance may pay out a lump sum designed to help you adapt if you make a claim.

Buy & Sell Holiday
All colleagues can buy or sell up to five days of annual leave for the year ahead. For part- time Colleagues, this will be pro-rated and converted into hours. Check FYB Flex to see how this affects your take home pay. Your holiday entitlement in ePayroll will be updated for January 2026.

Life Assurance
All colleagues receive four times annual salary cover as a company paid benefit. During annual enrolment you can select up to twelve times salary cover (in increments of two times salary each year). Remember to keep your Nomination of Beneficiaries up to date in FYB Flex.

Health Screenings
American Express provides annual health screenings for all colleagues. These screenings are designed for different age groups and differ accordingly. During annual enrolment you can select your preferred level of health screening for yourself and your partner if you wish.
